Membership plan is automatically renewed by the end of the subscription cycle. However, there are scenarios in which auto renewal will not take place:
- Customer chooses to cancel auto renewal in his membership section before the end of the subscription cycle.*
- The bank account associated with the card customer uses when paying for membership plan does not have enough funds at the date of the next payment.
* In case a customer cancels auto renewal, benefits of his current membership plan will remain effective until the end of the subscription cycle.
