From dashboard of admin => Go to Appearances => Customizer => [Box] Banner Imag.

You can find and update that text on this section.

then replace the current file in the theme by this file to solve the problem.

The process of the theme like freelaner.com.
Owner project posts a project. Freelancers bid. Employer hire and pay in advance.

Freelancer delivery the result then employer confirm and release the fund.
