I would like to know if the current process of the WPFreelance if it is similar to the Freelancers.com process. If not, could tell me what the features I wouldn’t have on it if I acquire the WPFreelancer and how much to include these features?

The process of the theme like freelaner.com. Owner project posts a project. Freelancers bid. Employer hire and pay in advance.
Freelancer delivery the result then employer confirm and release the fund.
