Regarding the #1 – we have fixed it in the latest vesion.
#2, please log as admin account to your dashboard then go to Order menu => You can see the button approve to approve 1 order.

Yes, you can change the current paymetn on your website. The theme support 6 payment gateways. if your payment gateway that you want to enable don’t have in our list. You can use our customization service to do a new extension or consult a freelancer/developer to help you.

Thank you for your feedback. This is a new page and need manually adding in dashboard to solve this.

Thank you for your email. You can download and use this child-theme to accomplish this.
You should manually update the white-logo.png on this child-theme folder to accomplish this.
