Hi,

Step 1: Go to dashboard => Acf menu and create 1 group => add field for this group.
Step 2: Go to dashboard–>BoxSettings–>Plugins–> and select that group in the dropdown option.

Regarding #3. We will check and fix in the next update.
#2) Please provide us your WordPress admin account to contact@boxthemes.net to check.
#4) I just checked in our demo site and it works properly. Please provide us a url to check.
#5) Maybe it is a conflict. Please try to disable all plugins then check it again.

The text in the banner – it cannot translate if you update new text via customizer. Please try to remove all setting in customize tool then use poEdit tool to translate the theme.

Regarding the background – please set the new background to see the new result.
