Is there a way to allow freelancers to charge an hourly rate or bid for a full price of a project? I’m a little confused on the “bids” function and the memberships?
=> I’m sorry to inform that the theme doesn’t support to charge an hourly rate.
Bid function: when a freelancer wants to work on a project=> He must to make a bid on this project.
Memberships: if the freelancer is a membership, he will get some priority in the site such as: can see another bid, earn without commision fee. You can create a new membership plan in the dashboard to know what the priorities are.

Regarding the demo – we don’t support a tool to export it but you can try by log as an admin in demo site and use the demo tool of WordPress to export it.
