Hi Jeff,

I have checked in our demo site and it works properly. It might be caused by your paypal account setting.

Please follow this step – it might help you solve this.

Log into your PayPal.com => Profile => Selling Tool => Website Payment Preferences =>
and enable (on) these options:
1) Payment Data Transfer (optional)
2) PayPal Account Optional
3) Express Checkout Settings

The theme support that option and admin can easy config to accomplish this.

Regarding the “will you purchase credits if users so desire?”
Reply: Currently, the theme only allow buy via package so can not free adjust the credit number. We will consider and improve this flow soon.

I have checked and it works properly in our demo site. Please help me double check by disable all your plugins and child-theme. If that problem still show – please email your admin account to contact@boxthemes.net
