I have checked in our demo site and it works properly. It might be caused by your paypal account setting.
Please follow this step – it might help you solve this.
Log into your PayPal.com => Profile => Selling Tool => Website Payment Preferences =>
and enable (on) these options:
1) Payment Data Transfer (optional)
2) PayPal Account Optional
3) Express Checkout SettingsThank you

Regarding the “will you purchase credits if users so desire?”
Reply: Currently, the theme only allow buy via package so can not free adjust the credit number. We will consider and improve this flow soon.Thank you for the patience.
