The theme currently doesn’t support RTL.In the version 2.0 the theme will support RTL(Current version is 1.0.6).

Thank you for your question. Here are my answers:

1) Currently the thee support PayPal only. If you want to use PayFast. We might help you customize this with an extra fee( about 50-100usd).
2) No, at the moment the theme doesn’t support this. We will consider and implement this feature in version 1.5.
3) That is possible with a little custom coding. We might help you customize it.
