You can go to dashboard => Box Settings => Install => and reset the Reset Password page.
It will help you solve this problem.
If that still doesn’t help. Kindly provide us your website url + WordPress admin account to check and correct it.

We have tested in the latest version and this function works properly.
Please make sure you are using the latest version 1.0.72 and post 1 job by employer role.
Please note that this function is not available for admin role.

The theme is a template for WordPress so it only run with WordPress.
Please note that you must buy a domain(yourdomain.com) and hosting to setup the site. You can not use the theme at worspreess.com
