#2, please log as admin account to your dashboard then go to Order menu => You can see the button approve to approve 1 order.

Yes, you can change the current paymetn on your website. The theme support 6 payment gateways. if your payment gateway that you want to enable don’t have in our list. You can use our customization service to do a new extension or consult a freelancer/developer to help you.
It might a problem with your currency or your settings.
Please email us your WordPress admin account.
Our developer will check and get you sort it out.
You can change currency in back-end of the theme.
Note: Some payment gateway might not support your currency to checkout and our theme can not cover this situation.
