Upload Photo and Portfolio Not Working

2. Click on the Avatar and upload photo

Issue: No preview of the photo uploaded and photo not displayed after saving photo

Hi Jeff,

I have tested by register new freelancer and upload profile and it works properly. This is my screenshot https://i.imgur.com/mzUoQiB.png
