This support request was sent to your email address with a mention that your demo had the same issue. Apparently, you took care of the issue on your demo site and ignored my request.
The paypal email field on freelancer profile page does not save, so registered freelancers cannot input and save their paypal email and consequently, cannot bid on a project because “You have to set your PayPal email to send bids.” This issue was replicated on your demo site at the time of this request.
Again, I still cannot figure out how the membership plan subscription works. The fields are static and there is no hint anywhere on how to go about this, other than demo site. Therefore, users cannot subscribe to site
Please can you post the solutions, patches or response to common theme issues like this here so that anyone can benefit from the solutions quickly. It makes sense since anybody with an up and running website cannot afford to wait the number of days, the chase and drag it takes to get support to act or respond to each ticket.
PLEASE I need a quick solutions to this problems for my site to work. Just post the steps here since it’s theme related.
PAYPAL Adaptive is no longer support so please disable this API by following this:
From dashboard. Go to Box Settings => Escrow =>
In the dropdown: “Select the Eccrow system” section, select and choose “Credit sytem” for this section. It will help you solve this.
