Is there a setup manual I can get?

I am a beginner and would like some assistance on how to get started and setup what I downloaded. So far I have a website with Bluehost.
I don’t know how to install or do anything really.
Please help.

I got 3 files when I bought it. They were:

1. wpfreelance-v1.0.83.zip
2. wpfreelance-child.zip
3. advanced-custom-fields-pro-v5.7.5.zip

My email is govozi10@gmail.com
My email is my username.

Please help.
