Can you Restrict or Make Read Only Post

I am very interested in purchasing this theme. I have a couple questions:

1. I want to allow EMPLOYERS to be able to restrict job postings (make read only) to freelancers unless they meet a certain criteria (i.e. verified profile; 4 star ratine or higher; number of jobs completed).

2. Is there a way to new accounts subject to approval?

3. Is there a way to add additional fields for the sign up phase (i.e referred by)?

Thank you for interesting in our WPFreelance theme and here are my answers:

1) The theme doesn’t support this option. In this case, you have to customize the coding to accomplish this.
2) & 3 we can help you customize the coding to accomplish this.
