Is it possible to create only 1 user type that can both apply and post jobs?

Is this a default feature? During the sign in it looks like they have to choose what role they want.

So once user registers for any account, they can post a job or apply for a job (same acccount)?

When I sign up as using Facebook, I only get the option of “Find a Job”.
How do I also post a job?
There should be 2 links right? I want to hire and I want to work.
That link depends on the role current users. Btw, 1 account can post and bid job.

In our demo site – we only focus on the 1 role. That means if you want to show the full option for 2 roles(in 1 account) – some section(layout + button) need to be updated.
