Payment deducted from Paypal

Hi

I was trying to buy the freelancer theme. The payment was deducted from Paypal and it showed payment successful. But when it was redirected to your page, it showed some error. Screenshot of the transaction is as below. Kindly resolve the matter.

Kindly remove the email id after the issue is resolved. Would request a quick resolution. Can’t hold my excitement of launching the marketplace 🙂

If by member area you mean boxthemes.net login area, I am not able to login there too. It says authentication problem. Problem persists even after resetting password.

I am hoping for a quicker resolution please.
