Changing the inc->themes.php file and flushing cache doesn’t seem to result in the submenu under username updating. Is this supposed to be changed somewhere else?

Please change that text in wpfreelance\inc\wpfreelance_functions.php file. In the function: box_header_link_in_dashboard
