I Bought a Freelancer theme before 2 days ago I set up everything but I am facing some following issues.
1, I am facing an issue with the payment gateway as I am going to set the Paypal payment method after setup I can’t disable the demo mode and it’s the sandbox.
2, when I am enabling the cash payment it’s also on test mode and I can’t untick it even I am not getting the deposit requests to add credit in their accounts even I am not getting the emails of deposit requests maybe it’s because of test mode.
3, I am not getting emails when someone texting me in private chat.

Please resolve the issue if you can otherwise please guide me on how to fix these things
