View all Profiles link from homepage not working

Steps to recreate:

1. Go to Homepage
2. Click on “View All Profiles” at the bottom of the homepage in the freelancer section

Expected:
The list of freelancer profile is displayed

Actual:
The page is directed to error page.

This is also the same for View Jobs.
