I thought I’d post this question here (along with the email I’m having with support) in case other users have a similar need and/or ideas about this.
My question is this: if I need additional info from freelancers (special licenses, extra specialties, education, credentials of whatever sort) what is the best way to get that info from them before they can start bidding?
I’ve been exploring Popup Maker and it looks promising if I use a form within it, but that would sort of sit on top of the theme. I’m curious if there’s a way to encorporate this sort of expandability into the theme instead?

Hi. Yes, I do still have this question. There are a few items you’ve already accounted for as far as freelancers skills are concerned. (Country, skills, hourly rate, professional title, cover letter) Those are great, but I have several other things I need to ask them too.
How can additional profile questions be added to the freelancer intake area and added to their profile?
Hi there. I’m still in need of help with this. Again, the scenario is specifically about those providing service (the freelancer) and is as follows:
Problem:
1. The basic registration does not allow for any advanced questions.
2. Cannot bypass basic registration with a plugin (Gravity Forms User Registration) because it causes nonce redeclaration errors
3. Also, there’s no way to rely on, or require the user to actually fill out their profile after their registration
So if we can’t interject our own signup questions into the registration, can we:
1. Add our own user profile fields
2. and MOST IMPORTANTLY require the user to complete that profile before they can do anything else.
Please, these questions need to be answered because I am having the same issue. And without these flexibility my project will not be delivered to my client.
