Just one country and to show the states and cities

Hello!

I would like to work with just one country, its states and cities and show on the map filter(states,cities) and profile(city,state).
How can I procedure?
Every user sign up and has 5 stars?

Hello,

You can go to dashboard => Profiles => Country and insert list city on this section then change some text in front-size to make it match with the ux.
