When I’m customizing the banner image, I loaded a picture and pressed publish, but the image didn’t load. How do I upload the image correctly? Do I need other plugins?
I follow this path: Appearance > Customize > [box] Banner Image > Main Image
When I “Select Image”, nothing changes, even after I click publish. There is no banner image, in fact.
I should also note that after I activated the WPFreelance theme, I really don’t see any change to my site at all. Nothing has changed, nothing has been uplaoded. None of the pages, widgets, banners, nothing. There’s nothing.
Can Boxthemes set this up? Because right now, there’s no website for me to peruse or change.
Disregard question about uploading banner, I was able to figure this out based on earlier posts. Note that the name for the homepage template has changed from “Landing Page 1” to “Front Page”.

Regarding the demo – we don’t support a tool to export it but you can try by log as an admin in demo site and use the demo tool of WordPress to export it.
If you need any help in a live site, just provide us your credential login and website url. Our technical support will check and correct it.
Can technical support setup my site to look like and function like the demo site?
