1 buying credits : users can buy and then use credits to pay for their various subscrptions/actions
=> Currently, the theme support pay for the subscription by PayPal gateway only. That mean, freelancer cannot use their credit to pay subscription now.
2 evaluating/reviewing : recruiters can evaluate freelancers ? Freelancers can evaluate recruiters ?
=> Yes, that is possible.
3) Search : a price range can be defined in the search tool for freelancers and for recruiters
=> We can help you customize this( free).
4) portfolio : a list of images and descriptions can be uploaded by freelancers
=> Currently, 1 portfolio only allow upload 1 image and description and 1 user can upload many portfolio.
5) multi-languages : several languages can be defined and users can select their prefered language (or should I build a specific subdomain for each version ?)
=> You can easily translate the theme to another languages. If you want to use multi-language. You should use a third party plugin such as: WPML, polylang

Last question : you recommend elementor in order to build pages. Is DIVI also an option ?

=> Our demo site is using Elementor to build. That mean, if you want to have the same layout in demo site. You should use the Elementor – it helps you save time.
For the rest page – is the default layout build in coding and it doesn’t relates to the page builder.

Let me explain:
1) I still don’t understand how ‘credits’ are used on the site
===> Employer wants to hire a freelancer for his project => He has to deposit credit to his balance. Then use this credit (point) to hire a freelancer.

How to deposit credit
=> User can deposit credit via payment gateway: PayPal, Stripe, Payfast, cash.
