Unfortunately, our current policy allows no refund. All sales are final because BoxThemes’ products are software and instantly downloadable digital media. Once you have our software, there is no way to “return” it. $79 is the yearly price. After one year, you can still use our themes, however, you can not get the latest updates or our customer support.

Our themes are developed on WordPress standard; thus, they should be compatible with WordPress-based plugins. However, you are advised to check the plugins carefully before taking them live to avoid unwanted impacts on the themes.

WPFreelance Theme provides the private message feature that allows employers and freelancers to contact each other and exchange project information.
When either employer or freelancer files a dispute, the website admin will act as the referee to decide who wins the case. He will access the project workspace, check all the details, and make further communication with the employer and freelancer if necessary. After that, the website admin will make the final decision on who wins the dispute. The winner will receive the project payment.
